Ducted Fume Cupboards

The TH2000 Series is the latest fume cupboard from Thor UK, offering exactly what the Customer Requires.

The TH2000 Series Has been developed specifically for the customer.

Dependent upon the application, we manufacture the FC's from almost any mixture of materials to assure total material / chemical resistance.

We produce 3 standard sized FC's - In a combination of bench mounted or stand alone units.

• 1000mm wide x 800mm deep x 1425 mm high (giving an internal width of 790mm, internal depth of 530mm, internal height of 810mm)
• 1500mm wide x 800mm deep x 1425mm high (giving an internal width of 1290mm, internal depth of 530mm, internal height of 810mm)
• 2000mm wide x 800mm deep x 1425mm high (giving an internal width of 1790mm, internal depth of 530mm, internal height of 810mm)

The stand alone units are complete with levelling feet and stand at 2.325 meters high. Here you have a choice of either free standing with foot supports or free standing complete with vented under cupboard storage.

The above sized units are available in either bench mounted or stand alone unit complete with the standard features as listed below. All units are available with any or all of the options as listed.

Digital Alarm System Gives Constant Indication Of Air Flow Status.

From Production To the finished unit Thor UK Plastics ensure that regular quality checks are made, this ensures that you the customer get the unit you want.

The unit shown on the right hand side is almost at completion, the only items that need to be fitted are the 6mm toughened glass sash, the digital alarm system and friction free counter balance weight system.

Once the unit is fully assembled by the production team then the unit is given to the inspection and testing department. Here the unit will undergo in house testing and set-up.

Thor UK Plastics will be happy to install the units for you, however if you have site engineers and maintenance staff then you'll find that the installation kit we can supply will make easy work for them.

Extraction Fans:
Manufactured from polypropylene, these fans have been specifically selected to give long service, low noise and low maintenance. They are single phase and easy to install, all units supplied complete with anti-vibration mounting feet. These units may be wall mounted, floor mounted and are suitable for internal or external use.

FC/0/11A - Fan suitable for the 6 metre installation kit including transitions to 200mm diameter
FC/0/12A - Fan suitable for the 12 metre installation kit including transitions to 200mm. diameter

This facility required the extracted air to be replaced with warm, filtered air. This is just one of the many options we can offer you. Complete with colour matched ducting and help with technical drawings and air movement requirements.

To the left are two 2000mm wide fume cabinets which were specially fitted into the available space. We will site survey for you, build the cabinets to your requirements and fully install the cabinets to site.

Once the cabinets are fitted to site our engineers will then fully calibrate the cabinets to BS7258 requirements and we will issue certification to complete the service. All our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months with service contracts available.
