Specialist Class 1 Safety Cabinet

We produce class 1 airflow safety cabinets specifically designed to give exceptional operator protection in almost any configuration possible.

The cabinets are manufactured from virgin grade white polypropylene 12 mm thick, sliding sashes from 6mm toughened glass, complete with full alarm systems and airflow indication, all cabinets are complete with internal lights and basic alarm as standard.

Because we manufacture each unit to specification we are able to offer many features not normally available on standard cabinets, for example, we can offer standard HEPA filtration and ducting, double HEPA filtration for recirculation, Single HEPA and carbon filtration, even Double HEPA and carbon filtration so that is possible to work with acids and solvents while re-circulating within the facility.

We can offer all different combinations of services, interlocked gas taps, mains water supplies, remote or internal operation etc.

Again, because we build the cabinets to your specification we can build them to meet your site requirements, to within 0.5mm tolerances, i.e. there would be no cost differences between a cabinet 1000mm wide or 1124mm, the choice is with the customer, we will be happy to attend site and give guidance to what is practical and feasible. The cabinets have the additional option of vented under cabinet storage facilities.

If you have clean air applications that are not readily available off the shelf then we are happy to take any design concepts and turn them into finished products, we can supply full mechanical or conceptual drawings, details specifications for approval and in-depth testing of cabinets to ensure full specifications have been achieved.
