Peace of Mind
THOR UK PLASTICS are renowned for supplying quality products and for maintaining exceptional customer service. We give full product warranties and these can be extended for up to 5 years at a time.

Dispatch
Orders placed by 5.00pm on stock items will be packed and shipped the same day. Non-stock items are usually dispatched within 7 days and fabricated products within 14 days. For specialist applications we strive to deliver goods promptly and without inconvenience.

Payment
Opening an account is easy using the THOR UK PLASTICS account application form. We have an on-line computerised system which allows us to make instant decisions on new accounts, providing immediate despatch where required, THOR UK PLASTICS have a minimum order policy of £50.00.

Delivery
Normal delivery for most parts of the U.K., you can expect to receive your order within 24 hours following despatch. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and for Ireland, transit times can be longer. A nominal charge is made for this standard service, regardless of the order size. Smaller or less urgent orders may also be shipped by post, which normally take up to 5 working days. Again a nominal charge is made for this service.

Special Delivery
Special delivery services are available, including timed early delivery or courier services. Our customer services team will be pleased to advised costs.

Support
The THOR UK PLASTICS customer services team is available between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and can provide free, expert advice. We will gladly give training to users of our products, please enquire for details. Arrangements can be made to have 24 hour technical support available to you for a small fee.
